I’ve spent my career alongside technology and engineering leaders — building teams, scaling functions and learning the pulse of very different organisations.

The best partnerships go deeper than hiring.

It’s understanding where the business is going. Where the team is under pressure. What needs to change. What can’t be compromised. And where one exceptional person could change what’s possible.

Sometimes that means challenging the original thinking. Sometimes it means recognising a capability the team will need before it becomes urgent. Sometimes it’s knowing that the right person isn’t simply technically stronger — they make the people around them better.
